continuing on about Loud Proud Real Estate Agents

What I mean about Loud Proud Real Estate Agents is this-  I have spent two days at meetings with lots of them.  The one thing I kept hearing is the heart felt need to help their clients.  I attended the Hall County Board of Realtors meeting today at the Gainesville Civic Center.  The guest speaker was Debra Junkin, the new appointed CEO for Georgia Association of Realtors.  She explained just how important RPAC (Realtors Political Action Committee truly is.  Without RPAC's impact with lobbyist during legislation, there is no telling where we would be right now.  Definitely would not have the first time home buyer tax credit.  There are so many property rights that RPAC fights for that we don't even know about.  Debra also explained several of the benefits that GAR and NAR members have.  I recommend checking out www.garealtor.com  to see what is available.  This would be a good time to review the 2010 contract revisions.  Check out the Legal archives, too.
